If your order arrives damaged, a product is defective, or we’ve made a mistake in your order, contact us to request a refund or exchange of merchandise.
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of arrival.
- All returns must include an RMA number (request below).
- We will pay for return shipping if we made a mistake in your order.
Once you have an RMA number, repackage the items (if needed) and ship back to us through the shipping method of your choice.
Return Authorization Request
All products must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee of $10 if any of the above components are not found in good order.
Coverage for insurance, brokerage, and duties on returned items is the responsibility of the shipper.
A product that has been shipped back to us in used/damaged condition will not be refunded or exchanged.
The liability of SpecOps.Net is limited to and will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase. SpecOps.net will not be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential, damage or injury resulting from the possession, use, misuse or loss of the merchandise manufactured and or sold either directly or indirectly through SpecOps.Net including our regular and custom ordered manufactured products, or products made by other companies and sold through SpecOps.Net.
